PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental composition having little color tone change between before and after its curing and little color tone change after the curing, and also excellent in thin layer surface curability. SOLUTION: This dental composition is provided by containing at least a 0.01 to 10 pts.wt. visible light photopolymerization catalytic compound (a), a ≥1 kind of di(meth)acrylate compound (b) expressed by formula (I) [wherein, R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>are each independently H or methyl; and the number of recurring units (n) of ethylene oxide groups is 9 to 50] and/or a multi-functional monomer.
