PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an anhydrous granular reagent using a sensor to analyze a liquid sample which solves such a problem that it is difficult to obtain granules molded in optional shape by conventional methods to manufacture the same by lyophilization. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the anhydrous granular reagent comprises dropping a liquid reagent to an opening part 2 with an optional shape of a fixed frame 1, forming a membrane on the opening part by its surface tension and withdrawing moisture as the shape is retained after freezing the formed membrane and sublimating the moisture in the membrane by lyophilization to obtain the anhydrous granular reagent with the optional shape.
