PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary, simple, deodorizing and comfortable cooking means dispensing with a troublesome post treatment each time a fish broiler is used by using a broil cooking material. SOLUTION: This sanitary, user-friendly and globally eco-friendly cooking material is provided by using mixture formed by mixing an incombustible substance with coffee grounds or solidifying it and forming it into a mat shape, and putting it in a heat-resistant container. The material, method and form of this broil cooking material can be improved. This material can be used for other food materials as well as fish.
