PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a structure capable of returning to an original state even if being deformed by the movement of legs and prevent body fluid from leaking along the body by fitting an absorbent article to the body. SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 1 is formed with slip-prevention adhesive layers 7 for fixing the napkin to an underwear, at a skin non-contact surface side of a body part interposed with an absorber 3 between a liquid permeable surface sheet 3 and a back side sheet 2, the slip-prevention adhesive layers 7 are provided from four corner parts 8, 8, 8, and 8 at both side ends of the front/rear end parts of the sanitary napkin 1 toward a longitudinal and width-directional intermediate part 9 of the sanitary napkin 1 into substantially streak-like coating patterns, and curved embossed grooves 10 projecting inward in the plan view are formed in regions corresponding to the leg-circumferential parts of a wearer at outside positions of the slip-prevention adhesive layer 7 along the side edges of the slip-prevention adhesive layer 7 in the surface side of the liquid transparent surface sheet 3.
