The invention relates to aircraft building, rocket building, shipbuilding, and power machine building, in particular to methods and devices using a wing which is placed in a flow and moves therein (a propeller blade, a screw propeller blade, a stabiliser, a blade etc.) in the condition of the aerodynamic or hydrodynamic interaction thereof with the flow. The inventive method involves mounting the part of a wing which is separated by a stabiliser on a sensor element which is designed in the form of a wing part. The sensor element is pivotally mounted with respect to the longitudinal axis of the wing and is separated by the stabiliser. Then, the wing part together with the sensor element is rotated until a shock stall from the wing part is achieved and the required regimes of flow around the sensor element and a wing of any shape are carried out with any values and direction of the relative speed of an airflow incoming to the wing. The aircraft comprises a fuselage, a cockpit and wings, each of which is rotatable about the longitudinal axis thereof with respect to the fuselage, and comprises a sensor element which is rotatable about the longitudinal axis thereof.
