<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the gene sequence and amino acid sequence of a new Notch ligand molecule and to provide this new Notch ligand molecule. <P>SOLUTION: A polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence composed of at least a specific sequence in the Sequence Listing. This polypeptide is a polypeptide having differentiation inhibition of undifferentiated cells which are blood undifferentiated cells. A method for producing the polypeptide comprises culturing a cell transformed by a recombinant DNA obtained by linking the DNA which codes the amino acid sequence with a vector DNA expressing in a host cell and collecting a produced compound from the cultured substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
