<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the treatment efficiency of dust by certainly discharging the dust stored in a hopper after collection to the outside in a dust collector and a dust discharging method. <P>SOLUTION: The dust collector comprises hoppers 16a-16d, 17a-17d and 18a-18d, which have discharge ports 34 provided to their lower end and receive the dust separated from an electric precipitator 15, under the electric precipitator 15, agitator air nozzles 37 and 38, which eject agitator air toward the stored dust, and pulse air nozzles 52, 53 and 54, which eject pulse air to the inner wall surfaces of the dust storage regions in the hoppers 16a-16d, 17a-17d and 18a-18d, in the vicinity of the discharge ports 34 in the hoppers 16a-16d, 17a-17d and 18a-18d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
