A supply roller (13) of a developing device for an image forming apparatus includes a shaft (13a), and a conductive resilient member (13b) enclosing an outer circumference of the shaft (13a). The conductive resilient member (13b) has a density of about 60 kg/m 3 to about 120 kg/m 3 and an outer diameter of about 8.0 mm to about 10.0 mm.
