<p>An air conditioning system and a method of controlling the same are provided to determine the number of outdoor units operating according to a comparison result of target humidity and indoor humidity, thereby smoothly determining temperature and humidity of an indoor air. An air conditioning system comprises an indoor unit, a plurality of indoor heat exchangers(142,144,146), a plurality of outdoor units(21,22,23), a humidity sensor, and a controller. Flow paths through which indoor and outdoor air flows are respectively formed in the indoor units. A plurality of indoor heat exchangers is provided on the flow path of the outdoor air. The plurality of outdoor units is connected to the indoor heat exchanger. The humidity sensor senses humidity of the indoor air. The controller compares the sensed indoor humidity with the target humidity. The controller adjusts the number of outdoor units according to the comparison result.</p> |
