A check card payment processing system using a virtual account is provided to create a new additional profit such as a payment account use charge by using an opened virtual account check card by using the virtual account on-line or off-line. In the payment using a check card, an information confirming unit(1315) determines whether the settlement account of the check card is a virtual account which has a financial company account as mother account or real account. If the settlement account is confirmed as the virtual account, a money transfer unit(1325) withdraws the amount of settlement money from the mother account of the virtual account according to the payment authorization of the check card, and then transfers the amount of settlement money to a bill collection account of a card issuing company. |
