<p>A novel method for manufacturing 3-acetylthio-1-(acetimidoyl)pyrrolidine derivative is provided to have a pyrrolidine derivative of high purity and improve the yield in a short time. A 3-acetylthio-1-(acetimidoyl)pyrrolidine derivative of the general formula (I) is produced by substitution reaction of thioacetyl derivative with compounds of the chemical formulas (II), (III), and (IV). A reaction solvent is acetonitrile, acetone, tetrahydro furan, methylene chloride, chloroform, 1,2-dichloro ethan, dimethyl formamide or N,N-dimethylaceteamide. The equation ratio of thioacetyl derivative with the compound of the general formulas (II), (III), and (IV) is 1:1:1:1~1:10:10:10.</p> |
