A test apparatus for checking repetitively a cold and warmth condition of a steel water pipe line is provided to select an optimized pipe according to environment and conditions for a short time, and to test steel pipe lines made of various materials. A test apparatus for checking repetitively a cold and warmth condition of a steel water pipe line includes a environment testing device(10), a sample jig(20), a fluid supply pipe(30), a fluid return pipe(40), a water tank(50), a circulation pump(60), a heater(51), and a refrigerator(70). The environment testing device includes a chamber(11) adjusting temperature and moisture inside. The sample jig is mounted on the inside of the chamber. The fluid supply pipe is connected to an inlet of a jig box. The fluid return pipe is connected to an outlet of the jig box. The water tank stores water returning from the fluid return pipe. The circulation pump supplies water of the water tank to the fluid supply pipe.
