The invention relates to a pharmaceutical product which is derived from a patientsÆ processed skin sample and used for the regeneration of destroyed tissues. The preparation proves to be completed after termination of the cultivation process to which the patientÆs skin cells are subjected; this cultivation aims at the multiplication of the skin cells and the microbial control thereof for avoiding possible complications during injection. The solution may be transferred, for instance, to a Krebs-Ringer solution enriched with 5% dextrose,in a 30 gauge syringe for injection on the surface of the affected region.Main applications: treatment of defections and/or wounds of the oral mucus, of periodontal diseases, and of some cases of diabetic and skin ulcers.
