The device (10) has a sliding sleeve (14) axially movable to a guide tube (12). A supporting element (16) has a plastic body for arrangement on the guide tube. A radial flange (18) is arranged on the supporting element. The radial flange forms a receiving area (18a) for a clutch release bearing (20) arranged co-axial to the sliding sleeve. A mounting element (40) is mountable at the radial flange and is designed as a plastic part. The mounting element has an attachment area (38) for an actuation element for receiving of actuating forces. The supporting element is designed as a plastic-metal-composite part. The radial flange is made of metallic material. The radial flange is partially plastic molded. The mounting element is manufactured under application of the thermoplastic material. The mounting element has a holding device i.e. engagement hook (42) for losing secure arrangement of the actuating element.
