摘要 An irradiated marine-product-steamed liquid and the liquid extract are provided to improve processing suitability and to increase physiologically active ability. A marine-product-steamed liquid and its extract improve processing suitability and increase physiologically active ability owing to radiation. The radiation is one selected from the group consisting of gamma-ray, electronic beam and X-ray. The absorbed dose of the radiation is 1-500kGy. The processing suitability is color. The physiologically active ability is selected from the group consisting of antioxidant activity, tyrosinase inhibition and anti-hypertensive activity. The marine-product-steamed liquid is one or more liquids produced from Hizikia fusiforme, octopus, tuna, oyster, snow crab, skipjack or cuttlefish.
