A bandwidth allocation request system and a method thereof capable of efficiently allocating bandwidth are provided to achieve effect that the bandwidth of the mobile terminal is equally allocated and include a bandwidth request information transmission opportunity. A bandwidth allocation request system includes a mobile terminal(100) and a base station(300). The mobile terminal succeeds in the bandwidth allocation from the first pass frame next succeeding in the bandwidth allocation after the first pass frame.
