A method for preparing a fast food with scorched rice is provided to enable a consumer to eat the scorched rice with ease. A method for preparing a fast food with scorched rice comprises the following steps of: preparing rice; putting the prepared rice in a rice cooker; pressing down the rice to uniformly spread it; bringing the rice cooker to the boil and giving 15000-16000kcal/s of heat to the rice cooker for 4 minutes in order to prepare scorched rice; inserting stir-fried Kimchi, cooked egg, hams, cheese and the like between two pieces of scorched rice; spreading a sauce on it; and baking the scorched rice in an oven of 270-290°C for 2 minutes. The main ingredient of the fast food with scorched rice is polished rice mixed with brown rice, black rice, glutinous rice, black soybean and millet.
