At least one of the dynamic vibration reducer (151) and the driving mechanism part (171) is mounted to the tool body (103) in a form of an assembly into which at least one of a plurality of component parts forming the dynamic vibration reducer (151) and a plurality of component parts forming the driving mechanism part (171) are assembled in advance.
