<p>A linear type valve opening degree measuring system is provided, which can reduce cost using a cheap part and makes application property and convenience improved. A linear type valve opening degree measuring system comprises a rotation support housing(20), an upper support plate(30), a rotation sleeve(40), a guide pin(50), a potentiometer(60) and an ECU(70). The rotation support housing is installed at the upper end of the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder(10). The rotation sleeve is arranged to cover the outer side of the upper piston rod(12) of the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder. At the outer circumference of the rotation sleeve, a spiral groove(42) is formed. One side of the guide pin is combined with the top of the upper piston rod. The other side of the guide pin is protruded to the outside through the spiral groove. The potentiometer outputs an electrical signal corresponding to the rotation angle of the rotation sleeve. The ECU produces vertical movement length of the upper piston rod using the electrical signal.</p> |
