<p>The cupola furnace comprises two different sorts briquettes (8, 9, 10), whose chemical components are adapted to the iron portion and serve as supporting structure for the melting process, high temperature-gas burner (6) for heating, where their arrangement is selected in such a way that the burner flames mutually support itself, and circular drip pans (2), which extend from a cover (15) of a box (11) to a furnace base (1) in a conically downward manner. The gas burners are movably arranged in a mounting plate and arranged in the conically extending wall of the drip pan. The gas burners are movably arranged in a mounting plate and arranged in the conically extending wall of the drip pan at the end points of an equilateral triangle, where the central axis of the burners is bent so that it forms an angle of inclination of 8-12 degrees with the diagonals of the diameter of the drip pan. The angle of inclination of the central axis of the burners is reversibly adjustable. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for the production of silicate melts; (2) a computer program with a program code for the execution of the silicate melts production method; and (3) machine-readable carrier with the program code of a computer program for the production of silicate melts.</p> |
