METHOD FOR KARYOTYPING OF SOLID TUMOR CELLS USING IN SITU CULTURE THEREOF

A method for in situ culture of solid tumor cells and karyotyping is provided to enhance the culturability of solid tumor cells and shorten culture time. A method for in situ culture of solid tumor cells comprises: a step of centrifuging the fragment of solid tumor tissue to collect the solid tumor cells; a step of culturing the cells to induce to the metaphase using a cover slip or slide as a supporter; and a step of performing fixation of the cells. The culture condition is under the 3%~7% of CO2 concentration and at 30°C~40°C.
