A humidifier and air cleaner is provided to improve the humidification efficiency of a humidifier by having wide wet part of the humidifying plate and maintaining the wet state of the humidifying plate for long time. A humidifier comprises an inlet, a flow path, an outlet, a reservoir(22), a humidifying plate(32), and a water supply part(33). The air flows into the inlet. The air flows in the flow path. The outlet ejects the air flowing inside the flow path. The reservoir collects the water. The humidifying plate is arranged in the flow path to be rotated. A part of the humidifying plate is dipped in the water of the reservoir. The humidifying plate is rotated, so a wet part with the water of the reservoir is exposed on the air of the flow path and the humidifying plate humidifies the air. The water supply part is rotated with the humidifying plate. The water supply part pulls water out. The water supply part supplies the water pulled out to the humidifying plate.
