A poly(vinyl chloride) powder for powder slush molding is provided to prevent heat resistant discoloration, to reduce the generation of air bubbles and pin holes and to improve the surface characteristics of molded product. A poly(vinyl chloride) powder for powder slush molding has a core(1)/shell(2) structure, wherein the core/shell structure comprises a core comprising a PVC resin composition prepared by suspension polymerization, and a shell formed by coating a PVC resin prepared by emulsion polymerization on the core. The PVC resin composition for core comprises 100 parts by weight of a PVC resin, 50-100.0 parts by weight of a trimellitate-based polymer plasticizer, 2-8 parts by weight of a high thermal resistant stabilizer, 0.2-3 parts by weight of a lubricant, and 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a photostabilizer.
