A coupling structure of a built-in battery pack for a mobile communications terminal for reducing cost and time of assembly process is provided to combine and simplify a structure without additional adheres. A built-in battery pack for a mobile communications terminal protrudes circular or inclined fixed protrusion. The protrusion joint hole or a projection clamping groove(38a) is formed in the target position of a PCM(30) so that the fixed protrusion of the upper case be jointed and fixed. In the state where PCM is welded and connected in the upper of the battery cell, the upper case is assembled. The fixed protrusion of the upper case is inserted and fixed on the corresponding protrusion joint hole or the projection clamping groove of PCM.
