<p>The device (1) has a machining unit (4) connected with a machine bed (10), which comprising a base plate (12). The base plate sectionally consists of a cement-bound concrete with flaccid and/or clamped reinforcement elements. The base plate and/or a part of the machining unit sectionally consists of a fiber concrete. The base plate comprises a connection section (16), which is formed by a concrete component or metal element (20') or guiding element. The machining unit comprises a beam-like guiding device (6) e.g. extension or main gate, where the guiding device comprises a steel profile (20). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a base plate of a machining device.</p> |
