<p>A substantially light-insensitive monosheet thermographic recording material comprising a support and on one side of said support a thermosensitive element, wherein said thermographic recording material contains at least one compound represented by formula (I): <CHEM> wherein M is hydrogen, an alkali atom or an ammonium group; R<1> is an alkyl, alkenyl-, alkynyl-, thioalkyl-, thioalkenyl- or thioalkynyl-group in which the alkyl-, alkenyl- or alkynyl- group has 6 to 25 carbon atoms; X is -O-, -S- or -N(R<2>)-; and R<2> is hydrogen, a - (CH2)mSO3M group or a <CHEM> group; and m is an integer between 1 and 5.</p> |
