An apparatus for exercising golf swing with game function is provided to practice golf swing without collecting golf balls after practice. An apparatus for exercising golf swing with game function comprises a main body (10), lower part (12), stick ball (30), game board (46), artificial lawn grass (42), straight line, advertising board, hole (44), and bolts (16, 18). The main body forms cylindrical jaw (14) having different dual structure. The rotary shaft comprises helix inlet holes (15, 17).
