COOPERATION RECEIVE DIVERSITY APPARATUS AND METHOD BASED ON SIGNAL POINT REARRANGE OR SUPERPOSITION MODULATION IN RELAY SYSTEM

A cooperation reception diversity apparatus and a method thereof based on signaling point re-ordering or the overlapping modulation are provided to improve the reliability about a symbol received from a receiver. A symbol altered with overlapping arbitrary overlapping is received from a transmitter(210). The demodulation and decipher about the received symbol are performed. After the symbol which transmitter receive by using transmitter and the other overlapping modulation is modulated, it is broadcasted through a receiver(230). If the symbol altered with the arbitrary overlapping is received from a relay and a transmitter, the LLR(Log-Likelihood Ratio) of the symbol is calculated(604). If the symbol altered with superposition is received, the log likelihood modulus of the symbol altered with superposition is calculated from relay. Each log likelihood modulus of the symbols received through transmitter and relay is added(608).
