<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shocks and sense of incompatibility attributable to output change of a power source corresponding to a slip of a transmission or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cooperative control device of a vehicle power source with a transmission having an input torque adjustment mechanism which has a continuously variable transmission mechanism connected to the output side of the power source to generate the driving force for traveling, and reduce the input torque when detecting and determining a slip in the continuously variable transmission mechanism has input torque control means (Steps S50 to S70, and Steps S90, S100 and S120) to control the timing of returning the reduced input torque based on the operational condition of a vehicle.
