An online cash saving method using a note/coin recognizer and an apparatus thereof are provided to extend the lifespan of a note without folding/crumpling the note. A main controller(302) transmits or receives information, required in a computer or portable phone, through computer or portable phone connection interface unit(303), performs an analysis and command execution function for the received information, controls the opening/closing function of an electronic opening/closing device(305) based on the received information, and then reads or changes the status information of the electronic opening/closing device. |
