LOCKING MANHOLE WITH AN EXHAUST VALVE

A locking manhole with an exhaust valve is provided to prevent accidents and noise resulting from the separation or movement of a manhole cover and to open/close the manhole cover easily. A locking manhole comprises mounting holes(35) formed in a manhole cover(30) in which an exhaust valve(50) consisting of a valve housing(60) and a valve stem(70) is mounted. The top of the valve housing is closed as a cap(65) with an outer thread part(66) is screwed to the upper end of the valve housing. The outer thread part is partly cut to form an exhaust port(64) through which gas is ejected. An edge part(67) of the cap extends to the lower side and is located apart from the periphery of the valve housing and a surface(36) of the manhole cover.
