A gel composition for massage is provided to ensure the massage effect during shower or sauna and remove remaining cosmetic product and waste product. A gel composition for massage comprises 5-100 weight% of sodium polyacrylate. The composition additionally comprises an adjuvant thickener. The adjuvant thickener is carboxyvinyl polymer, xantan gum, hydroxyl ethyl cellulose, sodium polyacrylate polyacrylic acid copolymer. The composition further comprises an antiseptic selected among methyl paraben, ethyl paraben, butyl paraben, phenoxy ethanol, imidazolidinylurea, zinc pyrithiione, and triclosan.
