[PROBLEMS] To provide a method of relieving the adhesion to container, inside of oral cavity and throat and difficulty in flavor enhancement being drawbacks of propolis with excellent performance without the use of substances having the danger of hindering the absorption of milk protein, etc., and to provide a propolis extract with improved water dispersibility wherein the above drawbacks have been relieved. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a propolis extract with improved water dispersibility, produced by heating a propolis extract obtained by alcohol extraction in the presence of sodium carbonate or/and sodium hydrogen carbonate. |
