COLON CANCER DIAGNOSTIC MARKERS USING UP-REGULATED GENES

A diagnosis marker which is specific in colon cancer is provided to determine matastasis and prognosis of colon cancer and develop anticancer drug which is specific to colon cancer. A composition for diagnosis of colon cancer comprises an agent which measures mRNA or protein level of CXCL2 or CXCL5. The agent comprises a primer which specifically binds to CXCL2 or CLCX 5. A kit for diagnosing colon cancer comprises the composition for diagnosis of colon cancer, and is RT RT-PCR(reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) kit, DNA chip kit, or protein chip kit.
