摘要 An apparatus for laser-plasma hybrid welding of a galvanized steel sheet is provided to perform welding with low current and to reduce deformation and residual stress of a base material. An apparatus for laser-plasma hybrid welding of a galvanized steel sheet comprises a laser generator(10), a plasma arc discharge unit(30), and a feed roller(50). The laser generator irradiates laser to a base material(100). The plasma arc discharge unit performs arc welding by forming an irradiation point ahead of the laser generator in the welding direction. The transfer roller transfers the laser generator and the plasma arc discharge unit while moving along the welding line of the plasma arc discharge unit and presses the base material. The plasma arc discharge unit comprises an electrode rod generating plasma arc, a contraction nozzle providing plasma gas to the outer side of the electrode rod, and a protection nozzle(35) providing protective gas to the outer side of the electrode rod.
