A stop lamp switch is provided to increase assembility and effectiveness by performing elaborately the position determination and fixing of the load. The stop lamp switch mounted on the brake pedal comprises the load case(20), and the bracket(30) and fixing unit(40). The separation protection groove, and guideline rib and gear are formed in the circumference of the case. The load(11) is formed inside of the load case. The hook and fixing rip is formed in both sides of bracket. The load case hole forming the guide groove and separation protection part is formed inside of bracket. The gear corresponding to the gear is formed in the inner side of the fixing unit. The mount rib(42) and bond rib(43) are formed at both sides of the fixing unit. The load case, and bracket and fixing unit are made of a plastic material.
