A power generation device using buoyancy, gravity and air pressure is provided to generate electricity by rotating a rotator with gravity that occurs when a buoyancy sinker falls down after being risen through buoyancy. A power generation device using buoyancy, gravity and air pressure includes a buoyancy chamber(170), a buoyancy chamber, a buoyancy control chamber(160), a lifting device(161), a load standby room(175), a buoyancy extraction door, first and second rollers, a chain, a conveyor belt and a generating turbine(400). The inside of the buoyancy chamber is filed with buoyancy flows, and the buoyancy loading chamber is formed at the lower portion of the buoyancy room. The buoyancy control chamber is formed at the lower portion of the buoyancy loading chamber, and the lifting device is formed at the lower portion of the buoyancy control chamber. The first and second roller are distanced a certain interval in the vertical direction at the both sides of the buoyancy chambers, and the chain is installed between the first and second rollers. The conveyor belt connects the door with the second roller, and the generating turbine is coupled to the first roller.
