A battery pack having a protection circuit comprises a battery main body capable of charged/discharged whose electrode terminal(126) is exposed; a protection circuit which is electrically connected to the electrode terminal; and a folded conductive adhesion aid(130) which is interposed between the electrode terminal and the protection circuit, whose one side is adhered to the electrode terminal, and whose the other side is adhered to the protection circuit. The adhesion aid is adhered by welding or using a conductive adhesive.
