A heterogeneous material accommodating device having a fixing portion is provided to prevent children from drinking the heterogeneous material in advance, which results from a separated fixing portion. A heterogeneous material accommodating device comprises an operating unit(20) with a fixing portion(10) and a storing portion(21). The operating unit allows the heterogeneous material to be dropped and mixed into a container through a dropping space(11). The fixing portion includes a hook(101) positioned on the internal or external of a container neck(100). The hook is held and fixed by a holding groove or holding portion(12) corresponding to the hook. When the operating unit is separated from the fixing portion, the fixing portion is not separated from the container neck but firmly fixed thereto. The operating unit is held when its outer circumference is held by the top of a screw thread(31) of a main body(30) or the outer circumference is held by a holding part(32) on the upper part of the screw thread.
