A receiver for improving SNR as much as oversample rate by using over-sampling in an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system is provided to improve SNR as much as the oversample rate by converting Nyquist frequency. An ADC(Analog Digital Converter)(10) samples the frequency multiplying the oversampling ratio. A protection remover(20) removes the signal corresponding to protection period corresponding to the guard interval. According to a serializer is the oversampling ratio, the series signal line is parallel converted. An oversampling signal FFT demodulator(40) modulates the signal according to the converted signal. A parallel to serial converter(50) serially converts the demodulated parallel signal.
