A communications terminal interface device in which a smart card socket is mounted is provided to reduce manufacturing cost of the interface device by using the interface device for communication between the communication terminal and an external device. A dummy card(410) is connected to a smart card socket. A card socket(420) for test mounts a card(450) for test. A connector is connected to the external device. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) comprises the circuit wiring for the transmission of the electric signal, the dummy card and the card Socket for test. The smart card socket is connected to an SIM(Subscriber ID Module) or USIM(Universal Subscriber ID Module) card.
