An adhesive film adhering device is provided with a supply side tension mechanism (31) and a recovery side tension mechanism (32) so as to eliminate various problems due to ACF tape transfer, cover tape peeling after pressure bonding and automatic bonding of the ACF tape, while improving positioning accuracy of the ACF tape. In the adhesive film adhering device, the ACF tape (51) after use is vacuum-sucked, separated by a separating device and recovered so as to improve operation rate of the device by eliminating recovery reel replacement. The adhesive film tape feeding mechanism is provided with a twisting transfer mechanism composed of a large roller (23) and a small roller (24) so as to flexibly cope with the configuration change and the like of the adhesive film adhering device by setting a transfer path of the adhesive film tape transferred by the adhesive film adhering device at high freedom degree.
