<p>The invention relates to a device for cutting-off building parts made of concrete, that comprises a tank (10) in which an overpressure is generated by a gas generation effect due to a chemical reaction occurring after a predetermined period between a chemical compound and an aqueous solution. The tank (10) contains the aqueous solution, and is connected to an envelope (12) divided into a first housing (24) for storing the chemical compound and a second housing (25) containing an electronic trigger (11). A lid (23) is provided between the first housing (24) and the tank (10) in order to ensure a total tightness between the chemical compound and the aqueous solution in the absence of an initiating instruction of the trigger (11). An actuator (32) comprising a pyrotechnical priming head (40) causes the explosion of the lid (23) after a predetermined time-out, thus resulting in the chemical reaction inside the tank (10).</p> |
