A steering wheel cover is provided to attach to the steering wheel of a vehicle conveniently and prevent a driver's hand from being slid from the steering wheel. A steering wheel cover(10) comprises an inner skin(110) and an outer skin(120). The inner skin and the outer skin have a rectangular sheet shape and form a band. A detachable part is formed on the both edges of the inner skin. The inner skin is made of foam having the PVC resin as main material. The inner skin is made of sheets in which the coefficient of static friction is 0.5(KS M ISO 8295 standards) or greater. A finished part(140) is formed at the both edges of the outer skin and the inner skin. A functional part is formed on the surface of the outer skin to prevent slidableness.
