A battery pack containing a protection circuit is provided to prevent the instantaneous short circuit of a protection circuit and a battery main body and to allow a protection circuit and a battery main body to be electrically connected easily. A battery pack(100) comprises a battery main body(140) capable of charged/discharged which comprises an electrode terminal(142) at the external surface; a protection circuit(120) which can be combined or separated from the electrode terminal; and a contact-aiding body(130) which is located between the battery main body and the protection circuit and contacts the electrode terminal and the protection circuit. The contact-aiding body gives an elastic force by the combination of a supporting body(134) and at least one conductive contact terminal(132) whose at least one surface is exposed to the external part of the supporting body.
