A motor and a fan-motor assembly are provided to reduce a noise and vibration by reducing friction between parts due to thrust of a magnet. A motor includes a stator(110), a rotor(120), and a magnetic body. The stator includes a stator core(111) and a stator coil(115). The stator coil is wound in the stator core. The rotor is received in a receiving hole of the stator core. The rotor includes a magnet(121). The magnet is rotated around a rotary shaft(125). A protrusion part(123) of the magnet is protruded from an end part of the stator core according to an axial direction. A distance between the magnetic body and the magnet is longer than a protrusion length of the protrusion part. The magnetic body includes a first bearing assembly and a second bearing assembly. The first bearing assembly and the second bearing assembly have distances different from the end part of the stator core.
