An RFID tag is provided to detect a wakeup signal with the minimum power. An RF(Radio Frequency) signal detector(206) is operated by a driving signal to detect an RF signal received through an antenna(200). A comparator(210) determines whether the level of the detected RF signal is a preset signal level or greater. A microprocessor(212) outputs the driving signal and generates a switching control signal in case the level of the detected RF signal is the preset signal level or greater. A switch(204) connects the RF signal detector and the antenna and connects the antenna to an RF transceiver according to the switching control signal. |
