A hinge device for slide and up-down type mobile terminals is provided to enable a display unit and a key pad to from the horizontality on the same plane. The first sliding member(10) is fixed to the back side of the first body. The second sliding member(20) is slidably combined with the first sliding member. The first elastic link module(30) makes the relative slide movement of the first and second sliding members possible. The second elastic link module(40) makes the up-down movement of the first body on the second body possible.
