A testing device for a track circuit is provided to secure the safety of task since an operator tests at the railway side not on the railway. A testing device for a track circuit comprises a connection cable(120), a switch(112), a casing(110), a cover, a short circuit switch region sign, and a retractor. The connection cable is connected in parallel with the Song jumper wire of the pair as long as it is connected to the track circuit. The switch electrically connects or separates the connection cable. The number of the connection cable and the switch is same as the number of a neighboring track circuit(20). The switch is built in the casing. A connection terminal in which the connection cable is united is formed in the one side of the casing.
