A method for manufacturing ceramic balls is provided to enable the ceramic balls to have specific far-infrared wavelength bands based on their application fields by mixing far-infrared radiation minerals in a certain ratio and kneading and sintering the mixture. A method for manufacturing ceramic balls comprises the following steps of: preparing raw materials(S1); mixing illite powder, elvan powder, rare-earth elements, charcoal, red clay, limestone and serpentine and adding 15-20wt% of an alkyli silicate solution to 100wt% of the mixture(S2); kneading the mixture and putting the mixture into an automatic ball molder to mold the mixture into a ball shape with a hole on it(S3); sintering the molding and naturally cooling off it(S4); and cleaning and packaging the product(S5).
